One requirement. A connected network.
Build a complete trade
Stock Africa provides a shared trust layer for large wholesale contracts across Agri, Medical and Fuel. Parties, goods, proposed terms, evidence and outstanding decisions stay visible throughout the transaction.

From individual contributions to a larger trade
Each contribution helps build the buyer’s plan. The commercial and regulatory decisions remain explicit.
Start with a complete procurement brief or attached specification. Review the product lines, total project quantities and specified order units, quality and destination. Use plain-language delivery choices to say who should arrange transport.
Review supplier quantities, prices, evidence and delivery terms together. Combine suppliers when one cannot fulfil the whole requirement. Add a transporter or trade-finance offer when needed.
Open an order from your chosen offer. Confirm the price, inspection and payment schedule. Both parties accept the same reviewed agreement with their name and date.
View batches, loading evidence, dispatch, border updates and driver-shared location in one order record. Buyer receipt, payment confirmations and any disputes stay with it through completion.
Trust comes from the evidence
Profiles record stated roles and capabilities. Identity, authority and any professional or business permissions are reviewed separately.
The precise specification, intended use, producing source and supporting quality evidence determine what needs to be checked.
The loading point, destination, proposed transport and payment arrangements define the responsibilities and permissions needed.
The platform records verification, agreements, shipment evidence, driver updates and external payment confirmations. Product authorisations and physical inspection need the appropriate qualified parties. Stock Africa does not hold or transfer money.
Protection for both sides
Evidence and accountable decisions follow the order from approval to receipt.
Sector-specific KYC, authority and ownership records are reviewed. Expired or suspended approvals and unresolved screening block eligibility for the affected role and sector.
Both parties accept the same reviewed specification, price, payment stages and agreement version. A changed document cannot silently replace accepted terms.
Batch, grade, seal, loading photos and inspection evidence stay with the shipment. Changes to the goods invalidate the previous inspection sign-off.
The buyer records the received quantity and evidence. Shortages, expired medical goods and other discrepancies open an issue that must be resolved.
Agree payment amounts, due dates and delivery checkpoints before accepting the order. A reported transfer needs evidence and supplier or independent reviewer confirmation. Required funding blocks dispatch until confirmed; delivery-linked stages wait for their agreed milestone. Open disputes block new payment reporting and order completion.
Connector attribution, accepted commission terms and documented work determine eligibility. Recorded commission is based on verified net payments for goods and held when a dispute is open. This supports agreed non-circumvention terms and a clear record of who introduced and delivered what.
These controls support verification; they do not guarantee authenticity, delivery or payment. Qualified people must validate suppliers, permits, bank details and the physical goods. AML screening is currently a recorded manual review. The platform does not provide escrow, hold funds or freeze external bank transfers. It does not automatically accept a delivery because the buyer is silent.
